Ongoing support is one story with two flavours. Managed keeps built systems live and supported, so you never think about infrastructure. Advisory is a quarterly review for Connect clients: what new AI capability has landed, where it fits your operation, and whether it is worth acting on. Both scoped per client, neither compulsory.

How do I get started?
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation. You tell me what you're trying to solve, and I'll tell you what's actually possible and what it would involve. No commitment, no sales pitch. Just a clear picture of what could be built and roughly what it would cost.
How is the AI different from a chatbot?
The AI isn't a chatbot bolted onto your website. It's wired into the system, so it has access to your actual data. Your customers, your jobs, your history, your financials. That means it can do work, not just answer questions. Draft follow-up emails that reference the actual client and the last job you did for them. Pull up a specific invoice when you ask. Summarise what you discussed with a customer two months ago. The AI gets more useful as your data grows, because it's built on top of your business, not stuck to the side of it.
Do I actually own everything when it's done?
Yes, completely. Your code lives in a dedicated GitHub repository and your data in a dedicated database, both in your name or transferable to your accounts on request. You can take everything and walk away at any time. No lock-in, no license fees, no data held hostage. This is yours.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Usually yes. Most engagements connect to tools you already have, Xero, Google Analytics, Gmail, Google Business Profile, and others. The goal is never to replace things that are working. It's to connect them, automate around them, and fill the gaps with something custom where nothing off the shelf fits properly.
What size business is this suited to?
It works best for businesses that have outgrown generic tools but aren't big enough to justify enterprise software, typically owner-operated businesses through to companies with around 50 staff. That said, the approach scales. Some engagements are a focused tool that solves one specific problem. Others are a full connected system. The scope gets shaped around where you actually are, not a predetermined package.
What happens after the build is done?
You get the code and a proper handover, documented. Most clients choose ongoing support: Managed if I built the system, Advisory if I connected it, both scoped per client. If you want to keep building and adding features, I can scope that too. There's no obligation to continue either way. The system is yours and it works without me.
